April's Pork Pie Recipe
 
Pork Pie

2 lbs Grounds Pork
1 lb Hamburger
1 Med Onion ( chopped)
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
1 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Clove
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
5 Cups water
1/2 cups Bread Crumbs
2 Pie Crust pilsbury( not the frozen ones)

Pork Pie

First Make sure you have all the Ingredents ready and chopped up in a bowl.

Then Cook The pork and Hamburger until Fully done and Drain.

Take Large Pot and Put Pork,Hamburger,Onion Soup Mix,Chopped Onion,Salt,Cinnamon,Clove And Pepper.Add the 4 Cups of Water and Simmer for 2-3 Hours.

Then Drain most of the Liquid And Add the Bread Crumbs To Thicken.* It should not be dry
***** The Liquid drain Can be used for Gravy for mashed potatoes.*******

Take the Pie Crust And add Some Pork Pie filling and Add the Top Crust. Pinch Pie Crust Together At Seams-- Sometimes Pie Crust will be Dry And Fall Apart Take a Little Water And rub it on it to Mold it back together.Take A knife And make 4 Little Slits to let pie Breath.Cook At 300 Degree until Pie Is Brown.

This make 2 Pies.You Can Make24 Mini Pies Also. Freeze The rest of the filling up to 1 Year Pull Out When You Want Another Pie.
