Burrito
Recipe
1-2 lbs. hamburger
1 can chopped green chilies
1/2 cup flour
1 can diced tomatoes
Garlic salt to taste
In a Dutch oven pan, melt 3
tbsp. lard add flour to lard
until dark brown. Add Hamburg,
diced tomatoes stir 2 min. add
chilies stir 1 min. Add 2 cups
water to desired thickness. Add
salt & garlic. Simmer 15- 25
min. until desired thickness.
Make burritos. Serve green or
red Chile sauce over them topped
with chopped lettuce & tomatoes
