Carne D'Espeto Recipe
No big deal here. It just means meat on a skewer
Here is what you will need,
5 lbs. of sirloin tips
1 and 1/2 heads of garlic, peeled and chopped
6 to 8 tablespoons of red ground pepper
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in the
refrigerator. Thread chunks of meat onto skewers and
cook to desired doneness on the grill.
You can also add red wine or red wine vinegar to the
recipe if you like.
