Chourico and Peppers Recipe
Great recipe when you are short on time and long on hunger
You need;
1 lb.of chourico,cut
into rings
1 large can of tomato sauce
1 large onion, chopped
2 med. size green peppers, cut into strips
red wine or red cooking wine( this depends on your taste for
alcohol)
Crusty buns
IN SLOW COOKER SKIN
CHOURICO AND CRUMBLE INTO SMALL CHUNKS. ADD ALL INGREDIENTS
COOK COVERED FOR 4 HRS. ON HIGH. REMOVE COVER , AND LET LIQUID
REDUCE FOR 1 MORE HR.
GREAT PLATED WITH FRENCH FRIES OR SERVED AS SANDWICH IN ROLLS
