| Codfish Omelet Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of
cooked cod fish
4 eggs
2 tbsp. of minced parsley
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper
2 tbsp. of minced onion
salt and pepper to taste
Mix together all ingredients. Empty mixture into
a large frying pan with a little olive oil. Cook
omelet on both sides until done. Serve with a salad
and some good wine.
