A Great Salad Recipe

Salad Recipe

1- head romaine salad
2- tomatoes chopped
1- onion chopped
1- purple onion chopped
2- cucumbers sliced
1- pkg. mushrooms sliced
1- red, yellow & green pepper chopped
1- pkg. radishes sliced
4- slices ham cut into strips
3- hard cooked eggs sliced
½ -tsp. parsley flakes,& sweet basil
salt & black pepper & garlic powder

Combine first ingredients in a salad bowl. When you have done that, season with salt pepper & garlic powder to your taste. Add the parsley flakes & sweet basil. Toss all together, then layer ham & eggs on top. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. This is a great salad for church suppers or large gatherings. You can cut this recipe in half for your dinner at home.
