Linguica Pizza

6 or so English muffins, split in half
1/2 lb. or so of linguica, cut this thin
Pizza sauce
Mozzarella cheese grated


Put sauce on each muffin, put the linguica next , then the cheese on top
Use a toaster oven or broiler to broil for 10 min.
Keep an eye on the muffins ovens vary
