1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL
1/4 CUP WINE [WHITE ZINFANDEL]
1/4 CUP WATER
3 TABLESPOONS OF  MINCED GARLIC
1 TABLESPOONS OF PARSLEY
11/2 TABLESPOONS OF  RED PEPPER FLAKES

IN COVERED DUTCH- OVEN BRING LAST 6 INGREDIENTS TO BOIL, ADD CLAMS AND COOK UNTIL CLAMS OPEN ABOUT 10 MIN. SERVE WITH ROLLS AND BUTTER. EXCELLENT FOR DUNKING IN CLAM  JUICE.
