A favorite of many New Englanders. But, out East it would be lobsta roll


You will need;

1 Lb. of lobster meat,
1/2 cup of finely diced celery
Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon of pepper ( white ) Black works if your out of white)
Toasted hot dog buns


Mix all ingredients together
Divide lobster mix to fill hot dog buns ( toasting them makes it better)

This should fill around 4 buns depending on how much you put in them
