Pork Pie Recipe
1 1/2 lbs. ground pork
3/4 stick butter or margarine
4 potatoes
1 pkg. onion mix
1 pkg. brown gravy
1 cup water



Cook pork in fry pan. Drain fat. Cook potatoes with a little salt. Drain & mash them. Add butter or margarine. with a little milk to potatoes. Add 1 pkg. dry onion mix. Mix 1 pkg. brown gravy mix with 1 cup water into small sauce pan,& stir until smooth. Add it to the pork & potato mixture and mix altogether.


2 cups flour
3/4 cup Crisco shortening
1/2 ice water.

When you finish mixing it, roll it out between 2 pieces of wax paper. If dough is dry add more water. Baste top of pie with milk.
Put in oven of 350 for about 25-30 min. until crust is brown or to your desire.
