¼ Tsp. CINNAMON
¼ Tsp. ALLSPICE
¼ Tsp. WHITE PEPPER
¼ Tsp. BLACK PEPPER
1 TO 2 TBSP. CHOPPED RED PEPPER ( THE ONE IN JARS)

2 PACKETS Assafroa ( which I like Paprika)
1 CUP BURGUNDY
1 CUP WATER

 


 

CUT ROAST INTO LARGE CHUNKS, PLACE ALL THE INGREDIENTS INTO "SLOW COOKER" LIQUID WILL EVAPORATE AS MEAT COOKS, ABOUT 5 HRS. MEAT WILL START TO FALL APART, USE FORK TO FLAKE APART.
