Linguica Cheese Roll Recipe
2- Packages of frozen bread dough
2- Packages of ground
linguica
or home ground
3- ( 16 oz) Mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 350
Cut bread dough into quarters. Let it rise. Press
out to form 4 inch circles. Add 1/2 cup of
linguica and 1/2 cup of cheese ( more or less to
your taste). Pour mixture into the middle of the
circle of dough. Fold in half and pinch the ends
together. Let stand for 10 minutes. Pop them in
the oven until golden brown. Makes 8 sandwiches.
