Salmon
Rice Loaf Recipe
2-cups of cooked rice
1-can of Salmon
2-eggs,beaten
3 Tbsp. of melted butter
1/2-tsp. of salt
1-tbsp. of minced parsley
3-tbsp. of lemon juice
1-tsp. of mustard
Mix all ingredients
thoroughly and press into a
buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes.
